I’ve often heard people complain that the alarm systems they got from Protectron are very sensitive and they can get triggered by pets easily. Another common complaint I keep hearing is that their alarms sometimes won’t shut of once they are triggered and you end up having to call customer service for help. The fact that you need to have an installer come over to your house when you purchase a system is also disappointing because I personally don’t like strangers coming into my home for hours on end.
